Refund Policy (Virtual Items)
Effective date: May 27, 2026
This Refund Policy explains purchases of virtual currency, subscriptions, and other digital/virtual items on kiwispinnz.com (the “Service”).
1) Virtual items are final sale
All virtual items (including virtual currency, credits, boosters, or similar in-game content) are digital goods delivered immediately. Except where your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 cannot be excluded, purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Service except as we expressly allow.
2) Subscription purchases & cancellation
If you purchase a subscription, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, except where required by law.
- Web/Direct billing: manage or cancel in your account settings (if available) or by contacting Support.
- App store billing: if billed through Apple, Google, or another platform, cancellations and refunds are handled by that platform under its rules.
3) When we may issue a refund
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for issues such as duplicate charges, failed delivery of virtual items, or unauthorized purchases, subject to verification and applicable law. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded virtual items may be removed and related balances adjusted.
4) Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or restrict your account and access to virtual items while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is granted, virtual items associated with the disputed transaction may be revoked, and we may require repayment before restoring access.
5) How to contact Support
To request help with a purchase (including suspected billing errors), contact Support with your account email, transaction ID/receipt, date, amount, and a brief description of the issue.
6) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
