Responsible Play & Responsible Gambling
This page provides practical tools to help you stay in control, plus New Zealand support and crisis resources. If you are in danger or feel you may harm yourself, call/text 1737 now.
Play responsibly
- Set a time and entertainment budget before you start; stop when you reach either limit.
- Don’t chase losses. Taking breaks helps you make better decisions.
- Avoid playing when stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Keep play separate from work, school, and relationships.
- Only adults should play. Parents/guardians can enable device/app store restrictions for minors.
Cool-off & self-exclusion
If you need a break, you can request a temporary cool-off or longer self-exclusion by contacting us. We’ll apply account access restrictions where available and confirm by email. For help, email contact@kiwispinnz.com.
Note: Self-exclusion programmes for regulated real-money gambling in New Zealand are operated by licensed venues and the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) under the Gambling Act 2003. If you gamble at other venues or sites, you may need to enrol separately through those operators.
