Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age where you are located, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. Do not use the Service where prohibited.

2) Social Casino Only (No Real-Money Gambling)

• The Service is a social casino for entertainment.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager or win real currency.
• Virtual chips/coins/tokens and in-game items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or items of value, and are not transferable outside the Service.

3) Virtual Currency, Purchases & Promotions

We may provide virtual currency through gameplay, bonuses, or optional purchases. Purchases are for entertainment access and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify, limit, or discontinue virtual currency, bonuses, or promotions at any time.

4) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

5) Acceptable Use

• No cheating, bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing security.
• No harassment, hate, illegal content, fraud, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No buying/selling accounts or virtual items, or attempting to cash out virtual currency.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, software, artwork, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and virtual currency/items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA/PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT (OR NZ$50 IF NONE), EXCEPT WHERE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITS.

10) Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you may refer eligible consumer disputes to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand, or commence proceedings in the courts of New Zealand. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, including the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for eligible consumer matters.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
